Hi,
All else being equal I'll be there on Saturday with all the gear for headlight polishing.
It'll help me if you can let me know if you'd like this done.
I'll be bringing the large gazebo too - to keep off the sun, or maybe the rain.
Andy.

No more rain talk please !

Anyway I am sure owners who have had their headlights polished by Andy at previous meets will testify that he does a fantastic job, but if you want it done please help him out by posting on here as he can only do a limited amount in 1 day

Think mine need doing again.

Also would anyone be up for hard wiring my dash cam?

As for help, I'm still down and out physically, but I do have a new toy should anyone like to use it - It's a leak back testing kit.

Leak back kit is good if you do not have a T4 also once you know which injector is at fault, it will need removing best done when the engine is hot, always use a new copper washer when fitting the good injector.

You could of cause take the injector apart and give it a very good clean, be aware though that there are lots of different parts some very tiny indeed. A special tool is also required for injector to be taken apart.

Every diesel port hole must be cleaned

The tip will have 5 tiny holes the size if a strand of wire, this is the spray pattern, if one is blocked then the injector will play up, but these tiny port holes exist throughout the injector and they all must be cleaned out.

back to the using the leak back kit you will need to make a stop end for the leak back fuel line, before using it.

Hi Glen,
I should be up and running straight after breakfast - maybe before with a bit of luck.
So far I've got David (Bogbrush82) and you.
Help with popping bumpers on and off is always welcome.
See you in a couple of weeks.
Andy.

Hi David,
I've got you listed for your headlights.
I'm game for the leak back test - if someone knows what they're doing with it  Steve :hail: ????

Hello everyone

I am hoping after six months to finally get Bones back next weekend. :) If all goes to plan, I know its a big ask, but is there anyone who would help me put her a new carpet in? It lets her down now as I had to cut it up to find the water leak :( Happy to give a decent contribution to nano funds to help buy parts/tools to help others if we can get this in. :)

Thank you

Dawn
