Fewer cars than normal but still a good turnout. And a bumper off so it was a proper nano  .

New faces too which is also good

Thanks to Rob as always for sorting these meets

Well Nano Meets 2020 come to an end, it was better than 2019 when we were badly affected by covid all year, but we still only held 2 meets this year , both at Teddybears as the Four Ashes remains empty without a landlord and who knows what the future holds there

Thanks to those that attended today and we had some new owners which is always good to see, the meet was a bit low key as Scott has already mentioned but a decent turnout and there were still quite a few jobs done so thanks to the crew who always turn up and are prepared to help others without gain. Big thanks too to Dave & Marina who came all the way from Leeds despite the petrol crisis, hope they didn't have to walk the last few miles back home !!

Thanks to those that made donations today we had £32 in the pot at close of play

Lets hope that in 2022 we can get back to normal and hold our 6 weekend meets in the year, March, May, June, July, September and October, we will be keeping an eye on the Four Ashes over the next few months to see if it reopens but also looking for other venues in the area where we can hold the meets, preferably where camping is allowed and there is a pub on site or nearby

This forum will now be quieter over the next few months but please check in now and again to see if any developments on a venue for next year.

A few pictures I took today can be seen here viewtopic.php?f=200&t=661

Nice steady last meet of 2021, few new faces which is always good looking forward, hopefully 2022 will be better for us and as already stated we may get back to our usual amount of meets, nice working with Chris (superchip ) once again at a steady pace, unusual handbrake problem someone whom owned the car before add changed the front cable which was an hexagon shape at the end which fits into the compensator, this in turn stopped it from being adjusted, only solution was to remove the passenger seat, and then remove the front cable which had to be cut, a new one installed and all was good again car holds on two clicks, with some reserve which the MOT man always likes.

Gold resistor for new member Chris whom took his front bumper off for the first time, few other easy problems sorted quickly on other cars, tommy gun on boot on one  so yes nice meet hopefully see you all next year in March in the mean time, still post any problems on the Nano or on the http://www.75ztcommunity.co.uk/ club and they should get answered.

For those that have my number i am always around to help if you need it, those whom do not have it can always PM me on here the http://www.75ztcommunity.co.uk/ or the https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/ all the best Arctic :thumb:

PS stay safe out there and look after your health.
