Good day today. Got my antenna connector fixed, and my drivers seat too.

Just like to thank Les and Scott for persevering in fitting my drivers side door lock. After not being helped by the phantom bonnet opener, they achieved fitting it. just don’t mention dog bones. Hope you sleep well tonight lads. I will thanks.

Thanks to Scott for helping me change the crusty rear door finisher on my tourer...and thanks to John for keeping the screws safe.

Was a good day yesterday. Nice to everyone and cars getting all sorts sorted.

Thanks to Steve for wrestling with the drop links, glad got there in the end. Also the door trim, will look at that when get chance.

Thanks to Duncan for wiper arms, will get them passed on.

Also the other few bits acquired from the parts pile.

Good day today. too. Not so many people but still good. Couldn't believe how far 'in' Steve was when I arrived. Doing a manifold swap. Steve, you need a break too!

Did most of a swap from plastic light oak trim, to real wood. Many thanks to Scott for the help (well I reckon he might have done more actually). Car looks much better for it. Steering wheel, eyebrow, and hazard switch surround remain to be sorted.

Still some stuff for me to do, but hopefully go back to doing some T4 next year. Spent quite a long time chatting too, which is something I'd missed when only ever doing T4s. At the end, got quite into a conversation about the details of car development and testing, and indeed the challenges coming in the 'stuff' coming down the line.

The last meet of our 2023 tour went well for us, the weather was extremely kind to us for October, you would have thought it late June or early July, we had 15 cars on the Saturday, great chat and banter, lots of little jobs getting done, we all know about the dog bone session & the phantom bonnet opener

Here are a few photo of the weekend.

As always a big thank you to all the owners and members whom attend, thank you to all the crew whom always have an helping hand and share their knowledge with the Rover 75 owners, next year we are maybe going to have one day meets, this will 99.9% chance always be on a Saturday, that leaves Sunday free to be with our family's and have the traditional Sunday dinner together :thumb:

I have already passed the dates for 2024 onto Rob, the crew will get together and either add or remove some if they are not compatible or clash with other meets that maybe on, but it has never stooped us before.

Seeing that we may have one day meets for 2024, we maybe could have a few more 8 instead of our usual 6, having spoke to Ben & Charlene about the one day meets, they said it is fine, also even if we wanted to have a pop up weekend meet we could, i said Rob or myself would drop in with the dates just to keep them in the loop, but the dates can be picked by us.
Willing to help.
