I am aware of the issue.
It goes like this. At least for me.

I have four devices a Mac Mini desktop, a Powerbook Pro Laptop, an iPhone 14 , and an iPad .All less than 2 years old and all system software up to date as are all the applications and aps.

On both the iPhone and the iPad I am unable to access the Community forum. Server not found. Obviously a network error.

On both the Mac Mini and the Powerbook I have no trouble connecting to the Community site and operating it.

Now then, The Community site, the Nanomeets site and my personal mmcomputing site all reside on the same server.

I have no trouble accessing Nanomeets and mmcomputing on all four of my devices.

Rest assured I am trying to resolve this problem.

If anybody has any good ideas I will be very grateful.

I have asked several people to confirm it is an issue for all mobile devices only regardless of operating systems, and not desktop or laptop devices of any flavour. Although Mike Hewitt messaged me saying he was unable to access the Community forum on his phone and his desktop PC.

So it is a networking issue and not the fault of any of our devices no matter the flavour.

I sincerely hope I don't have to reinstall the Community site in its entirety, that would be a royal pain. It may be as matter of relinking the dns which appears to have gone AWOL but only for mobiles. Confused? You will be. And I. :(

Attached is a screen shot of a post I just made on the Community from my desktop, note date and time. Just to prove I am not losing the plot. :)

Hi Mick. I'm unable to access the community from a Macbook, so not purely a mobile device issue. I have access to a few devices, so if it helps I can check on each of them.

EDIT: update. Can't access from any device I have here that's easy to check. MacBook. Windows 11 laptop with edge and firefox, another with edge. iPad, and iPhone. Wondered if it might be my ISP but turned off wifi on the iphone, and still nothing. I can try a windows desktop but not today. I can try a couple of devices on a different ISP but that will be a few days off when I next visit there.

Nano Meet Dates 2026

Postby WillyHeckaslike » Thu Feb 19, 2026 8:51 pm

Hi Mick, I came here after my PM to you earlier today and after seeing that Steve (Arctic) had posted about the problem on this thread. When you can access the site is the address in the address bar any different to when you can't access it? I'm using W10 on a laptop, I last saw the site Tuesday circa early afternoon and for me it seemed to disappear circa mid afternoon. Was anyone in the backroom then? If so maybe retrace what might have been touched inadvertently. Can you see the site without Admin privileges, has the site been hidden to some groups of members - just a couple of Q's to throw into the ring off the bat without too much thought. I know nothing, nothing at all. :getmecoat:

Thanks for input. I've been on line with Dave who set this all up in the first instance and Jürgen. As you say not accessible from any device. The DNS caches on my devices were holding DNS from last visits so could access as normal Failed after clearing those system caches. Having looked Into it thoroughly It seems the Name servers at AQL My registrars are different from those shown on a Whois lookup .I will be calling them in the morning to get them to fix it. There is nothing we can do from this end. If I make changes, which entries are correct is the question? All three of us were trying for several hours plus the hours I put in earlier today. Hopefully we will have a resolution by tomorrow.

Thanks to everybody for your patience. :)

Been on the phone and writing tickets all morning AQL are my registrar, DNSexit are the owners of name servers. name servers were pointed at AQL and have worked for 16 plus years. AQL say that it's nothing to with them contact DNSexit. I have done so and await a reply can't phone them they are in California.

Onwards and upwards. :(

I think I have found the issue at last name servers for 75zt are ns3.dnsexit.com and ns4.dnsexit.com

It seems that both those servers are down

From DNS exit control pane relating to 75ztcommunity..
ns3.dnsExit.com seems to be down at this moment
ns4.dnsExit.com seems to be down at this moment

I have raised a ticket with them hopefully they will fix them asap.
