As Steve drove away from the meet we noticed engine management light was on, stopped at Steve's house in Middletown and turbo boost sensor was not plugged in, tried it twice but light did not go out. I drove back to Newtown thinking about what else the problem could be. This morning I disconnected the battery and left it for about 3 hours, light now gone out. See you all at next meet.

For some engine related faults, it has to see something like three runs where the fault is not present before the light will go out. Or the battery off often works of course.

Oh and just to mention, one of our new friends asked about how much he owed. As usual the answer was 'nothing'. Nanomeets are, and have always been about all of us helping others for nothing. Over the years, we have seen offers for traders to attend, but to charge commercial rates for their work. That would be a very different thing. I do what I do, for free, because it helps other owners. I know the other crew members do the same.

Yes Duncan. We must all be very thankful that the Nano has people like yourself who do what they can to keep our cars on the road running as they should. The likes of yourself, Arctic, Scott and many more knowledgeable owners are a godsend to those of us who either don’t have the know how, or can not do what they used to do because of various reasons. Thanks to all those who can.
