My name is Jim, I hail from Braintree and recently bought a 1.8 Connoisseur and have been completely been bitten by the bug.

I'm coming to my first meet on 23 July and look forward to making new friends and learning all about these fantastic cars.

Welcome to the forum, as you have probably had a good look round the forum you will notice that there is a wealth of knowledge about to help along with the knowledge on the Owners Club. It will be a fairly long trip for you so I'd advise you to put your name down for the T4 health check and then go from there. There is really too much to go into in this post, just make yourself at home and ask questions, there will be plenty of advice.

If you're into camping there is free camping with basic facilities and there is usually some camping.
